Introduction:
Hello, my name is Shea Vanek and this is my first year teaching here at West High School, I have taught for 15 years back in the Dallas area. Last school year I helped out with the Pre-K program at the elementary. Although it was wonderful and I enjoyed all the sweet hugs I feel that I am better suited for high school :) I have a wonderful supportive husband, we have a very special and blended family. Andrew is at the University of Texas, Brylee is a sophomore here at WHS, Ben is an 8th grader at WMS, and little Addie Rae is in 1st grade at WES. We are so excited to be a part of this community and school district and I am extremely excited to get to start this new teaching program/pathway for WEST students!
I cannot wait to see these students become teachers and teach along side of me!
