New Shepherd's Heart Partnership

Reminder: Tomorrow, Friday, February 27, 2026, is the kick-off date
for the district's new partnership with Waco's Shepherd's Heart. 

The plan is to have 6 pallets of groceries dropped off on the south side parking lot
of West Elementary School, and then with the help of local and student volunteers...
deliver 4 bags of groceries to each vehicle that pulls into the food
vehicle line between the times of 3:30 and 4:30 PM. 

These groceries are for any family in the greater West area, and eligibility is not based on family income. Please help spread the word!
