March 23rd - 27th

Monday, March 23rd

UIL Academic Contest at WHS! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF OUR STUDENTS!

Trojans Serving Trojans Community Service Day!

9th Grade: St. Mary's Cemetery

10th Grade: Liberty Grove Cemetery

11th Grade: Bold Springs Cemetery

12th Grade: Cemetery/Bus Barn

Overview of the Day

8:00 AM: Students arrive at school and meet in the WHS Practice Gym.
Students will sit with their grade levels.
We will call roll before students load the buses.
Bus drivers will be picked up from the practice gym and shuttled over to pick up buses at 8:30am.
We will pick up students and staff at the back door of the practice gym like we did last year.
9:00 AM: Buses depart for the cemeteries
11:45AM: Buses will leave work locations to head to KC Hall. Students and Staff at Bold Springs Cemetery will leave at 11:30am due to a funeral at noon at this cemetery.
12:00 PM: Hot dog lunch at KC Hall
12:45 PM – 2:45 PM: Afternoon games and activities at KC Hall
2:45 PM: Students return to the WHS Practice Gym for regular dismissal

Tuesday, March 24th

WHS One Act Play Bi-District at Connally

West FFA Austin Livestock Show

10:30am Regular Advisory Day!

Students will go to their 2nd period teacher's advisory class.
Please refer to this ADVISORY spreadsheet on where students should be.
REMINDER for Teachers: Students are required to be in their assigned advisory/UIL classroom everyday unless another teacher has requested a student through email with the student's Advisory teacher. Students are not allowed to leave the Advisory classroom without this. Please take attendance and report to Biles and Pratka any students that are missing from Advisory.

4:30pm/7:00pm JV/V Baseball vs McGregor HERE

6:00pm Softball vs McGregor HERE (1st Responders Night)

Wednesday, March 25th

WHS JV District Tennis at Whitney

WHS Varsity Girls Golf at Stone Creek Golf Course in Killeen

10:30am Regular Advisory Day!

Students will go to their 2nd period teacher's advisory class.
CHANGE TO ADVISORY SCHEDULE starting Wednesday 3/25/26: We have some students that will now be reporting for Algebra Tutorials to Neal, Harwell, and Wernet.
Updated Advisory Spreadsheet will be sent out to all Teachers on Tuesday afternoon.
REMINDER for Teachers: Students are required to be in their assigned advisory classroom everyday unless another teacher has requested a student through email with the student's Advisory teacher. Students are not allowed to leave the Advisory classroom without this. Please take attendance and report to Biles and Pratka any students that are missing from Advisory.

3:45pm ART Club will meet in the ART room

8:45am: ACT Assessment Day! Students that signed up to take the ACT will begin testing 2nd period in Room 12.05. This is the list of students who have signed up to take the test:
